Due to the highly custom nature of our products, there will be no returns on personalized items unless damaged or defective. If there's something wrong with your order, please contact us right away so we can find out what happened and take the appropriate measures to fix it for you.

Time is of the essence! Any broken items, defective merchandise or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Ripped or defective merchandise may only be exchanged for the same item. Please make sure to include a photo of product received and describe problem.

If we make a mistake, and you’ve received the wrong item, whether it’s a defective item, wrong style, color, or such, we are happy to send you a replacement or full refund, if preferred.

Please understand that very rarely mistakes happen, and when they do, we do everything in our power to fix them and make sure you are happy with your purchase and experience. If we made a mistake on your order, please inform us first before leaving us a negative review, as we will look into it and take care of it for you right away, whether by replacing your items or issuing a refund if you decide to cancel your order at that point. Our shipping rates included in prices are valid in the continental US. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories and protectorates might require additional shipping costs. We can easily provide you with a quote to these locations prior to your purchase, or you will receive a link for price adjustment (if adjustment applies).

We can sometimes experience high volume, and can only ship so many packages a day, and as to be fair with all our customers in equal need for them, we ship our orders in the order purchases come in. In rare occasions, we might be able to rush an order at our discretion, if we think it’s necessary. If you absolutely need us to rush your order, please contact us and let us know and we will do our best to get them to you as fast as we can.
